Julie is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Kenan-Flagler Business School (1982) and Certificate in Technology and Communication, School of Journalism and Mass Communication (2005).
She holds the designation of Certified Professional Resume Writer from the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches. Her work appears in Expert Resumes: Civilian-to-Military Transitions, No-Nonsense Cover Letters, and Resumes for the Rest of Us. She also is a contributor to The Twitter Job Search Guide.
